Darren Olson

Darren Olson grew up playing minor hockey in Abbotsford, where he eventually graduated to the junior ranks and earned himself an NCAA scholarship to the Rochester Institute of Technology. Shortly after returning from college, Darren began his coaching career with the Abbotsford Bantam AAA Hawks and the Fraser Valley Thunderbirds program.

Darren has also worked as a development coach for the MEI Hockey Academy and has been a valuable member of the Chilliwack Minor Hockey coaching staff for the last number of years. A tireless worker and someone who is very detail oriented, Darren uses his personal playing experience as well as his knowledge for the game to help players of all levels reach their potential!
